Firstly, we are pleased to announce that Mr. Dominic Lachance has acquired 100% of the remaining shares of Documedia Inc. As a result, Mr. Daniel Guay and Mr. Bob Ridley will be pursuing other professional challenges. Effective immediately, Mr. Lachance will take complete responsibility for the management and administration of company and will guide Documedia's strategic direction.

The addition of new team member in the next few weeks will present the opportunity to refocus our service offering, and our respective roles and responsibilities in order to enhance the delivery of services to our many clients and ensure the future growth and vitality of Documedia.

In order to ensure the effective management of our service delivery, Dominic Lachance has been designated President. In this role, Dominic will oversee our entire service offering. During an interim period, these responsibilities will also include direction of the Sales and Marketing Division. We are confident that this emphasis on our client relationships will enable us to provide even more cost effective services to our many current clients, while assuring that Documedia maintains its position as “The Digital Media Experts.”
