TOP TRANSLATION TEAM MOVES DOWNTOWN
New office, new location, new chapter

Montreal, June 2, 2008 – Due to considerable growth in recent years, McKelvey Communications Inc. is moving its operations to Downtown Montreal. “Above and beyond providing top-quality linguistic services, we're now able to serve our clients from a central location,” explains Myles McKelvey, president of McKelvey Communications. Opening on June 16, the new location will make it easier to meet with clients, while providing easy access for the company's translators and writers.

Perched on 650 Jean D'Estrée within the Jardins Windsor complex, McKelvey Communications is conveniently located between Old Montreal and Downtown's business district. Boasting several spacious meeting rooms, the new locale can accommodate conferences and other special networking events. “Sometimes, a 5 à 7 is all you need to build new relationships,” McKelvey says. “Now we'll be able to host such get-togethers on site, and everyone will be welcome.”

The brand new location borders several key sites, such as the projected high-speed train linking Montreal to New York City, and the new Cirque du Soleil and Montreal Casino project. “The move is a milestone for the company,” McKelvey says. “It marks the moment we went from a small business to a mid-sized translation agency.”

Over the past ten years, McKelvey Communications has become a leading provider of translation, writing and editing services in English, French and Spanish. Its major clients include Canada's Translation Bureau, the Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec, and Cossette Communication Group.

McKelvey plans an official launch this summer. “We look forward to celebrating this new beginning with our friends and colleagues,” he beams. Invitations to the special soirée will be sent in the coming weeks.
